I find that a mild tint really makes the light more noticeable when lit. Don't go to dark tho!

The "right way" to tint your headlights and taillights would be to apply some headlight and taillight tint/vinyl to them.

I have been thinking of using other peel coat products but I am apprehensive because many say it should be removed after 6 months. This may not be for the tint product here but do you know if it's thar bad? Is there any treatment thar makes it last?

I professionally spray for a living. The only advice i would suggest is to never use that peel stuff. Alcohol spray will wash it off either way

Really wanna make it sexy, you’ll use 3 coats of clear coat on top to make it shiny like from the factory. Otherwise it just looks like a redneck job like everybody does

Lens tint suck by it self more then 1 can to get the job done

Going to be using your method today! But i'm going to mask off the taillight where the brake/turn signal sits and try to make a pac-man style design. Don't know if i should do pac-man on the other or bring in Ms.pac-man. We will see!

So it’s not flush on the inside? Which means you will always have about an inch of water in there unless you completely dump it out.

I put window tint on my lights. Easy, fast, clean and never came off. 5 minutes per light

Welp. Now that spring is in the air and its not freezing, I have come back to watch again because I am going to do my own lights today using your method :) I have already done alot of Plastidipping to eliminate the chrome on my Infiniti. Im excited for this! Wish me luck!
